Any alternative to Payoneer for withdrawing money from stealth paypal accounts?

It's hard to link the bank account offered by Payoneer...any other similar services that are easier to use to receive payments from PayPal?

Did you try transferwise or Revolut?

I had a client a few weeks ago that managed to link Payoneer although he had an EU Paypal account

Convert to bitcoin. And then send it on your payoneer
