Long time lurker, been reading through a lot of these threads where no one has a solid method to withdraw PayPal funds anonymously or without withdrawing to a 2nd bank account, so for the Aussie Black Hatters I have figured out a genius way. I haven't seen this posted anywhere else so I thought I'd let everyone know.

FOR STEALTH PAYPAL AND EBAY ACCOUNT WITHDRAWALS without tracing back to you:

Go to AustPost, get a Load&Go prepaid credit card. Use this card to sign up with PayPal, eBay and verify etc.

Once you want to withdraw funds from your PayPal, go to withdraw to bank account, ADD THIS CARD as a bank account. The Load&Go card acts as a savings account - it has it's own BSB, account number and account name. Withdraw straight to the card, go to an ATM with withdraw cash.. BOOM anonymous PP withdrawals.

I say "Aussies Only" as I'm not sure if you have such Load&Go cards in the US and other countries.

CONS: You can only load $999 on the card at any one time, and $5000 per month limit.

Great tip.

In the US, we have the same cards but under different names (Nfinanse, AMEX Reloadable, WalMart Card, there are tons). Unfortunately in the USA because of Bush's Patriot Act, all reloadable debit cards can only be activated with a SSN. This means that the only way to stay truly anonymous is to "use" a SSN, and that will get you in more trouble than you want to be in..

I was wondering when do the ATO start looking at your bank account?

Well they can't see money going in and out of the Load&Go 'bank account'.. you just withdraw cash from an ATM. Once you have $50,000 cash in your hand and you're wanting to drop that into your bank account, that's another story. I'm still working on trying to figure that one out...

Maybe a safe...

How to get the cash from your hand into the account though..?

I am sure there are ways, and a consultant/service can fill you in on that. I mentioned the offshore bank account so that you dont have to cash at atm's to begin with anymore, when you get the account you can deposit it right into it. But in IMO i rather have cash in my possession then in the bank

I don't think this will work.
AustPost Load&Go (reloadable prepaid credit card) will asked 100 points ID check.
If you use stealth account (fake name, address, etc), how can you get away with this?

Agree with this. You would need a bunch of ID to get a load and go. It defeats the whole purpose

Umm what? Nooo you don't.. I've bought two in the last week. All you give them is your first name, and a mobile number. Fake first name, fake mobile number...

I'm currently using this method effectively.

You can also use freelancer.com if you're doing some dirty stuff ;)

This is something I have also been working on. I wish it was that easy here in the U.S as it is there with your prepaid reloadable credit cards.

Is there any chance that the Load&Go prepaid credit card there would work here at atm's in the U.S? Lol

Bobbyvan Would love to know if the load&go cards work at U.S atm's bro.

I would like to talk to you in private about this and maybe acquire a registerd card from you registerd in australia with a fake first name, and a fake mobile number if the card is that compatible from australia to here in the U.S

I really wish is was that easy here in the U.S but its not Nfinanse is complicated and risky to setup anonymously here.

I would pay you good money for a registerd card. Let me know.

I had been thinking of doing this recently. However the main problem I could see wasn't giving a false name, but giving your address to them. Obviously you have to give them your address otherwise how are you supposed to receive the card? But then that's a very simple way to trace you. Even if you use a different name and have it delivered to your address, one simple check and your whole cover's blown.

Am I just being paranoid? Is there an easy way around this?

I'm not sure if they would man, but they are just V!SA so if a regular V!SA works in the US I don't see why this wouldn't? PM me, we'll sort something out.

You're being paranoid. You don't need to show ID.. and you get the card on the spot at the post office.
