I have a thriving private torrent site, and we take payments for ratio uploads and vip memberships. However I have had Paypal freeze my account and also Plimus. On Plimus, I linked a lander to make it the only site Plimus can see, but I guess they did some digging around and saw the torrent site. I'm looking for ways for me to take the money but also able to integrate IPN, so all the queries to be automatic. I'm not sure with what provider I should go with and how I should go about it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

if plimus shut you down thats bad, they accept anything

no merchant provider will accept you. you have to become your own merchant provider and accept yourself. you'll need about $250,000 in a bank account to show as collateral. the other thing you can do is get a merchant account for some other business and use that as a front, its called factoring and is considered fraud but if your careful you can pull it off

    Been there done that..

I had a "support us" page, where I told users to go to www whatever legal shit dot com and donate there :)

Never had a problem with paypal.

This was like 2 years ago. I'm not doing this anymore, because I made between $5-25 daily with this method with 8-12k active users...
    Just doesn't worth my time.

So if you have a better system to monetize it then just redirect them to a legit site for the payment. It worked for me for more than a year then I got bored with it.

    Good luck :)

PS: make sure to blank the referrer if you make the donate button clickable... only one leaked referrer to the paypal site will get you shut down.
I actually used an image with the url in it to make them type and not click it.

I know this thread is kind of old but if you still need help you should try liberty reserve. Allows for completely anonymous donations and that company really doesn't give a fck about US law.
