I'm looking for services like rapidgator to storage lots of files and it would be desirable they do not delete files after 30 days of not being active, also dmca ignorant.
If u know some good service please let me know.

Most definitely Amazon S3. It's the cheapest file hosting service in the land. Plus the files never expire. I think total cost is only a few pennies per month even if you have hundreds of files totaling 1tb.

Amazon more than likely doesnt ignore DMCA, considering how large of a company they are. Copyrighted material on their servers could land them a lawsuit.

Either go offshore with a provider that isn't going to directly deal with the DMCAs, or just upload such a large amount of files constantly and generate traffic the way you want to. Sure some of the files will be coming down, but if you are prolific it really won't matter unless your promotional strategy cannot be automated.

If it can, then I'd just keep powering through the uploads, and traffic generation methods!

S3 is awesome. I love it but it isn't cheap. 1tb of storage and only storage is $30.72 per month. Then you have to add the cost to requests when uploading the data transfer when people download your content. This is all billed separably.
If you were to upload just one 1tb of data and say 30 pecent of that data was downloaded in a month that would set you back $57.63 per month in the American Regions.
Plus if your app doesn't have built in support for s3 and you choice to mount the file system on your server you have just doubled the amount of http requests your server has to do.

Look for the AWS calculator to estate your monthly cost on AWS before you open an account.

I have had a good run dealing with Stratus4.com web host. Use their 15% OFF CODE: S415OFF
The host seems to recognize that putting in a little extra effort pays dividends in terms of keeping the customer satisfied and thereby keeping the customer.

    Their servers are very stable.
