    Hi,
    I am looking to do some black hat manouveres on a ppc campaign.
    Im pretty new to ppc, dabbled a little with adwords but nothing major.

    I would like to know if anyone out there has an opinion on what is the best way to setup AND fund an adwords account whilst staying anonymous!

    As Far as I can see I will need:

    domain - bought with Vcc (or suggestions please)
    host space - bought with vcc
    adwords account - opened via proxy, verified with vcc and funded with voucher.

    Any suggestions / improvements on that please?

    I'd suggest not using a proxy for opening account.

    Why not a proxy? I mean, if the IP stays the same to open the account and you continue to manage it with the same IP?

    I would understand if the IP is changing.

    Nope!

    Adwords suspended my account saying:

    "Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified"

    not quite sure what this means.

    I never even got 1st AD campaign launched.
    I simply opened new adwords account, loaded $100 voucher and then a few days later they suspended my account.

    any advice guys?

    I would suggest a Google Expert take a look at your account. Some might offer this for your for free... (if you are OK with somebody else seeing your ads)

    Adwords hates VCC. Some might work... but I guess only for a short time. If you plan to invest a lot of money on Adwords, get away VCC and Vouchers.

    VCC = Red Flag.
    Vouchers = Red Flag.

    Why? Because people who use them are abusers. And it's not going to get better. They are banning VCC already, especially ones with no AVS (Address Verification System). They want to know who they are dealing with.

    If you are serious about the business, not an abuser or short-run operation... well get yourself a new legal entity.
