I have a site with PR5 that I want to make in to a blog site with the aim of passing link juice to the site I link to.

I was wondering what is the best way to set up a wordpress blog for this purpose. Is it a good idea to show the full content of each post on the front page of the site, or an excerpt?

How many posts on the front page is recommended? Anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks for your help guys. I know this may be basic, appreciate your help

Not sure why you would want to show full posts, I would stick to an excerpt.

Why not give it a site wide link in the sidebar?

Or download a plugin that allows you to have different widgets show on different posts/pages (select from drop down) one plugin being:

'Display Widgets' (i can't post links but that is the name)

Then create a widget for each page, or if you have allot create a handful and spread them round rather then one for each post. I would create them as a 'text' widget and surround the links by a nice amount of text.

The bonus of using the widget plugin and having different links on each page is:

The text isn't the same on every page
You can target different pages on the target URL
You can use different Anchor text
