I'm looking for the best automated method for sending 300 emails to new email addresses every day.

Basically, I want to be able to scrape email addresses, offer services like SEO, web design, content creation, etc. and send roughly 300 emails per day targeting specific industries.

I'm thinking I could use Scrapebox to get email addresses from the search engines. What's the best app or software for sending the emails? Is there software that can scrape the emails and send them too?

I would also want to test different subject lines, email copy, images, etc. to see which emails generate the best responses.

People who respond I would place on an email list with a service like MailChimp.

I would send the emails from my own domain, and not a gmail account.

Thank you in advance for your responses! Let's see where this discussion goes!

MailChimp is a good free solution for low volume.

I should clarify it will be 300 new emails every day, so after a month, I would have a list of 9,000 emails.

Still think Mailchimp would be a good choice, when you have 9k emails i think it would cost you like 40$ per month or something. Average ROI for on email marketing is like 4200%, as long as your list is somewhat targeted you should get that back in no time.

Is Scrapebox still the best choice for scraping emails? I've been working as a SEO Analyst for the last year, but my job is ending, so I am looking to do freelance work until something else comes up.

Mailchimp is expensive. Use Mailgun (10k free/mo) or Sendgrid (12k free/mo).

Mailchimp has templates as well, sendgrid is great as well. Awber can be an alternative too.

You can open multiple accounts using multiple emails, they don't ask for much info.

Maybe use Scrapebox contact form submitter. All emails will get to mailbox. Don't have to worry about going to spam. And all you need is a scrapebox license

You seem to be new to mailing and so are the people making suggestions in this thread. Traditional ESPs like MailChimp, Aweber or Getresponse will not allow what you are doing and you will sooner or later get banned, especially since your bounce rate will be astronomical. Also your delivery rates are going to be pretty horrendous. Many will go straight to spam. In the last few months those providers have gone down hill. Any person that sends a significant volume of emails knows this.

In order to work with traditional ESPs you need to be able to generate your own leads and will only be able to import a certain amount. You will also need to clean and verify your list before you import it since your bounce rate will kill your chances of success.

For the last few months my team has been working on a software that will solve many of the problems people have with the traditional ESPs. Once it is ready I will release the beta version in the paid section of this forum.

I am new to mailing. If you have a newsletter, I'd like to be added to your email list. I don't spend a lot of time in this forum anymore, but I do check my emails every day.

I will post a thread in the marketplace once ready, since otherwise I'd be doing something against the forum rules. I will let you know once it is up.

Not that there is much to say if we talk in general but I want to sustain what premiumsource said.
My advice it will be to start learning about mailing and start tot test things. What I can add is that you will not find any good mailing list online.

So your options at this moment will be to start reading and learning or if you have money to invest use a reputed service in your country that send emails to their own list.

As an idea yours is very good but you are far from making money but is normal so you just need to read and learn a little bit more, and as seen on this thread ... see the responses above... don't trust everything you read.

It seems like it may be best to hire a filipino VA to do everything manually for about $400 per month, and I will just handle the responses myself as they come in.

Thanks for all of the responses. I am thinking about sending the emails manually, or hiring a VA to do the work. I will check out some of the software mentioned here too.
