What I am trying to find is every local business in a particular location and the business owner's name. All data on top of that would be excellent, but at minimal I will need the "Company Name", "Business Owner Name", "Address". If possible to obtain home address of the business owner, that would be the best result I could ask for. All I can find is Manta.com, and WebHarvy has a really hard time scraping it because the data on Manta is very inconsistent.

    Ideas?

Search Open Data and location. You may find .gov sites that will provide this info.

Not always easy to find but most likely there. If not now, will be soon.

Or scrape local review type sites mite h(Y)elp.

Infousa used to be my go to company for that kind of information back when I was heavy into the brick and mortar end of things. Not sure if they are still offering that kind of service but probably worth you checking them out.

I like how they allow filtering by criteria. Hard to say how comprehensive they are, judging by the number of businesses within a radius - seems "light" to me, but then IDK for sure without buying a list, driving around and verifying. Still, might be the best available out there.

BTB, what has your experience been in regards to coverage within your geo?

To OP, I found two others: ZoomInfo and Bizapedia (the latter looks like it is scrapeable if narrowed down to zip code).

It has been a good 7 or 8 years since I used them but they were the go to guys back in the day. We used to mail out 5K pieces to businesses a week and they were the ones that provided us the data to get that done and, although we did get some that were no good/returns etc, I have no complaints at all as to getting well past our money's worth.

I do not know if Coles Cross Reference Directory is still kicking around but they were excellent as well as I used them for residential mailings and they covered the house numbers pretty well also.
