So I started an offline hosting design and seo service, and was doing fairly well, until PayPal froze my 5,000. Which in all fairness I was breaking the rules because Im 15. Any other services that would work well for me.

There are other service providers out there, see Payza for example.

Next time don't use your real name and instead use a relative's name. This way, you'll be able to pass paypal's due diligence and get the funds out. You can also try using 2checkout or moneybookers

PP is no more RELIABLE to accept payments, no one knows when their account can get frozen. You can use Monebookers, LR , Payoneer etc, there are a lot of payment gateways out there. Or if you really want to use PP , ask your father to open an account for you on his name :)

Why did you leave $5,000 in your paypal account? They will give the funds to you in 180 days. You can actually call them, they might release funds early, I did, after like 3 weeks or so, it all depends on the risk of charge backs. If your work was legit, and everyone was happy, they will probably release right away.

Every merchant has its up's and downs..
Paypal is holding $3300 of my funds
Google checkout refunded a bit over $3000 to customers credit cards and told me to stop postal deliveries.
First Data is holding 8k funds
