Best way to rasing a fanpage with target without facebook Ads

Hi you guys,
These days, Facebook so stupid when block many Facebook ads account - which is main way most of people using to sell product, to run traffic,.... and i bet that some of you also in trouble with it.
Have you ever thought buildup your fanpage with 1k - 50k likes without Facebook Ads ?
My way show you below may some people knew but i wanna share to newbie who has not good in financial investment, i want confirm that again, again, and again

ok , that's in generally, now let get start your bulding up

Step 1: Create some users ( more is always better, but i think 10 is enough)
Step 2: Choose a tool which help you scan UID users facebook with target ( work like graphsearch)
there are many tools free or not, you can find it on google , i'm in Vietnam have 2 tools quite good

Step 3: after scan UID targeted , let make add friend requires for user in step 1)
( it work by tool , very fast time) ( 5000 friends / account) wait them accept take 2-3 days
Step 4: post stt on your fanpage then your accounts share to wall ,
now the person targeted will see your fanpage ( means 5k friends can reach your content)

ok finish, if you have 10 accounts , each have 5k friends so have 50k people can see your fanpage's post
That's good i tested and like native raise faster and faster , all of them was your targeted

1.make a high quality engaging fanpage
2.make some high quality photoshop posts about 'your fanpage niche' maybe 3 - 5
3.optimize your fanpage and everything, put a nice profile picture and cover photo and fanpage bio' etc

5.join groups about your niche, if it's about 'comedy' or funny videos niche or vines, then just join random groups that has alot of members

Most of people you scan was targeted ,
for example , you want sell Nike shoes, you find some group of Nike lovers ( who like Nike shoes )
then get UID of fanpage and scan all , add friend them ,
finally post product on your fanpage and share in personal wall
that's native reach like a friend see post's friend

As you say, this method requires mor time than money. But does it really work?

Think the best way to get people to a FanPage is going on groups and buying some reviews from other great and well ranked FP arround the topic.

Hi great information here.

Scan UID. What is this? What is the full name of it? And what does it really do? Sorry kinda new at this started a page 2 days ago and got 100 friends already. I had a bunch of profiles with 1.5k friends so I invited all these friends to the group and within seconds and minutes they would accept already.
