Ask Matt Cutts about them and point him to them.
You can just tweet him and say "Google System is corrupt - look at this : example.com, example2.com, example3.com
They will fly down like a chopper from manual review.

I don't think you can beat them using whitehat seo. This is only what Google wants you to think, I guess.

Go for blackhat or you might act like a bitch and report them.

Considering that this is a black hat forum I would say the majority, if not all people are ranking their sites using black hat methods. What if he is talking about your niche?

Its just you look at some of the sites and their links etc, its crazy!! Looks like a blackhat strategy may have to be the way forward
