Hello,

I have a guy offering me a camsite. He says he can sell it to me for $2,000. I have visited the site and it actually works. He only usually has 1 or 2 models online though. I asked if I could pay with my credit card or paypal. He told me they only accept money through payoneer(can't signup in the us), money bookers(also seems to not allow us citizens), or a wire transfer. He said I can pay all of the $2,000 and get the script and host it myself. If not I can pay 30% now plus $145 for hosting on his server and he will set everything up and transfer the domain to me on godaddy. After that I can pay the rest and he will give me access to the control panel.

I searched the company name on the invoice he sent me from the UK. His camsite shows with a few different names and different backgrounds colors. I said it looks white labeled to me. He told me they are all sharing the same model database but they have different registered users on the sites. I'm deciding if I should risk this or not.

How would I protect myself in this transaction? Should I make a contract before going through with the transaction? I can call the bank tomorrow for the transaction as it will be open. It's just that I have never wired anyone money and when googling it. I read that it's really risky and a lot of scammers try to use the method.

Now the wire info has the address of a company:(The information below is just an example it was changed)
Account name XXXX ENTERPRISE LTD,
registration number: 0000000
Address: Sugar Tree,00 Winterfall Lane
Cardiff, United Kingdom

I really would appreciate any advice good on how best to do this. If you think it's a bad idea.... I don't mind hearing that either.

Nevermind we talked it over and an hour of discussing it. And him trying to convince me a bank wire is better than paypal. He said we can do it using a credit card but i have to pay a 15% processing fee. I'm fine with that. So i'll wait for the information tomorrow. Just so long as i'm protected incase someone decides to run off with the money.
