Hey guys,

I just set up a fiverr gig for my writing service and I was wondering what the best way was to drum up the first initial sales to get the ball rolling?

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Social Media, SEO, Videos, Forums, Yahoo Answers - just advertise your gig as you normally advertise your website

Do more than the other sellers for less. Once you've got some reviews, you can increase you $/Word rate.

Target some Article Writing keyword. Make YT video about you gig and rank them on Google. Or Join in so many Skype group and marketing with your own product.

Make 10 accounts and then use those ten accounts to send mass advertisement to people who buy writing services.

What kind of psychology or sales copy do you have for your gig? What benefits a person to buy from you? What is your biggest benefit? DO NOT mix benefits and features. A feature is a part of your service or product. A benefit is something the user is looking to gain from your product NOT features. If you don't have a strong benefit in your headline of course you aren't going to get any traffic or sales.
