Wow... 4 to 5 shorts per day for every day?
Isn't it too much?
It took me 3 hours to create a 1-minute short video when I first started it, but now it's taking 90 minutes per video.
Also, where in YT Studio analytics that I need to check to see the perfect time of my video getting reach?

open your yt studio app. go to analytics then go to audience you will find which time people watch Your video.

2 weeks is nothing, dont fall for those videos which shows their channel boomed within a week or sth.
Things take time, just improve your videos everytime. Keep looking at competition what they are doing, try to replicate it. And use analytics to understand your audience
