    Hello,

As a newbie in the Local SEO field I have some questions I hope to get answers for. First, what is the best cost effective and fast way to promote citations with high PR like Yelp, Judysbook, Superpages, etc?

And second, for the low PR citations, what type of links to send to them? Scarpebox, press releases, PBN, articles?

    Thanks a lot.

What do you mean "promote citations"? Citations are for local SEO and ranking in the 7 pack. Not sure what you mean by "promote"?

Ranking in the 7 pack? Not sure what this means.
For example, my Superpage and Yelp are not ranking in search results like my competitor's listings, so I want to know how to benefit from them. I read here that sending links to these properties will help my website as well. Am I wrong?

Well you can basically compare yours with your competitor ones. I mean check why they have upperhand over you. Some of the reasons might be reviews on their listings, photos, videos and amount & type of content uploaded by them under their listings.

My listings has more reviews and been there longer as well. I have no idea how to increase serp for these properties. I do know that its recommended to send some links to them so my questions is what type of links would be best?

Well, maybe I should rephrase my question. Is anyone here sending links to citations sites? If so what type of links are recommended?
