I know for business directories, they generally do not put your URL in anchor text and the title needs to be the business name. Is there anyway to get anchor juice from these types of submission? Do you simply add keywords into the description content?

just make your business name whatever you want your anchor text to be. Its not like anyone will ever actually see these directory listings.

Does a combination of name and anchor text work? For example "Joes crabshack Arizona restaurant".
