Best way to monitize popular teen idol site?

Ok, I have a site that is a female name that is getting around 100+ uniques per day. I am wondering what the best way to monitize it would be?

I have tried Yahoo ads without much luck, and have put up a couple of CPA offers from neverblue like ringtones, surveys, and things like that.

Any good networks with something that horny teen/20's boys and men would click on?

I'm kinda clueless here to the "dark side" of this type of site...

I appreciate the offer and I read the other thread about this...it is very interesting, but I'm stuck on a couple of things...

My site is on a WP base using Caff Cont plugin for the content. How would I create a page for the submit? Should I just use a normal WP page and put something on the front like "See her naked, Click here!" and then send them to the page?

Is is ok to have the submit be visible for what it really is for? If I use a zip/email submit for a free ipod, for example, is that ok and then just tell them that in order to see her they must just put their email/zip into the form, click submit and then send them to a blank page or where?

Just trying to wrap my head around how this fully works for a better understanding...
