I also think ad-center is the best choice for this. Try it

Don't go with ad-center, they are not reliable if your sales drop, they are going to ban you.

How to safely get pay from ad-center since it is consider illegal streaming the sports events at our own website?

Ad-center only provide wire transfer and paypal...

I saw many streaming website using onclkds (under propeller), but wondering how they can get pay safely from the ad network company... won't the copyright owner issue court order to request the ads network company disclose the publisher personal details (like name, address, or paypal email address)?

Have you considered running a very 'clean' site, with little-to-no advertising and instead asking for donations? I watched the majority of the NBA playoffs through a stream like this I found on reddit and I donated some money towards it. There will be competitors doing this, so maybe consider that as an option. Obviously only a tiny sliver of people will donate, but I would imagine that the streams with the highest number of viewers all take on this 'begging' model. At least that's what I've seen with streams I've found on reddit.

I'd love to learn more about the technology you're using to stream. The stream I mentioned had higher quality than ESPN, which I could 'legally' stream.

Try to work with Adskeeper. They work with streaming websites and are not obliged to send any private information of their customers to third parties.
