I just got back to instagram and I have an account with 70k legit followers. Not all of them are active since I stopped posting for a very long time.

My account is in the cat niche, and I just post pictures of cats. I get 1k likes in 30 minutes, and pictures usually get 3k likes, but once I start botting again that number will go up to 5-7k likes per picture.

I know the best way to monetize Instagram is with a site with a CPA offer as well as affiliate products, but I'm wondering what the best way to do this would be specifically for a cat account. Just want to get your guys opinions on what would be best for a cat account. Thank you!

EDIT: My idea is to have my website with a home page and a store page, and when they go on the store page it's locked with a CPA offer that requires them to enter an email before they can access the store. Does this sound good?

Monetize it with CPA Offers/Amazon Affiliate Program/T-shirt marketing

Create a website, post watermarked pictures and videos with the url, set up adsense on it and promote CPA offers/Amazon Products directly on your site.

ooh I never even thought of tshirts that's a great idea!

Also can you give me your opinion on this?: My idea is to have my website with a home page and a store page, and when they go on the store page it's locked with a CPA offer that requires them to enter an email before they can access the store. Does this sound good?

A very strange idea... I would rather show a popup so they could put their email in order to receive the newsletter. And an option of closing the popup without entering the email.

You shouldn't force them to input their email. What do you prefer? Sales or emails? Imagine someone that don't enter their email. You would lose their email plus a probable sale.

This is true. However I'd still like to have a CPA offer since I don't think a lot of sales will happen. Is it possible to have a CPA offer that pops up to enter an email (or if you have a better idea than entering an email idk I just feel like that's easy for them) but it's not mandatory to actually enter it?

If you'll have a separate page for CPA offer you can just email-lock it. But as mentioned above there is not much sense to ask users for email in order to show them what you're selling.

I want to have a CPA offer pop up when you go to the site with the option to close it. Is this possible? I don't want to lock the store but I also want to have a CPA offer.

Yes, it's possible. But keep in mind that 99% of your visitors will be on their cellphones, so maybe it's not the best idea to make popups.

Once again true, so what would be the best way to promote my CPA offer that's mobile friendly?

    Use teespring.

Design tshirts related to your niche and promote it on your page. I've seen a lot of people do this if they're not able to monetize with anything else.

In my opinion the best way would be a separate mobile-optimized page with your CPA offer. If you're talking about promoting CPA offer through the entire website, then use hello bar or maybe some wordpress plugin to make a sticky header with a link to your CPA page/offer.

I'd point it to a blog or something, if you're doing cats make a blog about cat care or something. Call it catworld or cat planet and set up ads, maybe if you get big you can sell cheesy cat shirts and stickers

This is definitely the best option IMO. e.g. If you've got a car related account then you can sell tees with slogans about cars on them etc.

People seem to go crazy for this.
