So I have a streaming website that gets ~25k unique visitors a month and I'm looking for a way to monetize in the future other than the payout I get from openload views ($17.50/10k views in BTC for US traffic, covers the cost of hosting and a few extra bucks each month, not bad at all)

Anyways, I did some research, looked at what other streaming sites are using, and I'm wondering how they're able to accept payments from all these mainstream ad networks. Some of the networks I've seen are revcontent, bebi, cpmstar, mgid, epom, wwwpromoter, madads. These are all legit ad networks that work with legit companies, so I'm pretty surprised to be seeing them used by sites like kissanime. If you go to kissanime you will see ads from amazon and IBM.

So basically they must be OK with allowing streaming sites on their network? but aside from that I personally would prefer to use a network that would be willing to pay in Bitcoin, like openload does

I've looked at all the ad networks that advertise paying in bitcoin, but the thing is the ad content itself is usually bitcoin oriented which wouldn't fit the demographic of my site very well. Does anyone know if any of the ad networks I mentioned or any larger ad networks are willing to pay in Bitcoin? Thanks

I don't think there's a more appropriate sub forum for this. You'd find more people in movie streaming here rather than anime streaming. About the networks I've heard of Mgid and Ad-center at most with movie streaming sites but Ad-center only accepts movie sites iirc.

What I would do if I were you is check google for any existing scam reports of the mentioned networks. If it's clear ( like you said) then it doesn't matter which network, since your major concern if of bitcoin payments. Tbh i'm not too sure how far anime streaming is safer than movie streaming but all these networks allow movie streaming ( which is illegal) so I guess it should go well with animu as welll.

Thanks guys I appreciate the responses. I guess I feel like anime is safer cause I'm located in canada where US copyright law is strictly enforced (and most TV shows come from), whereas japan is a bit farther away. I'll look more into Mgid and Ad-center, both of those have come up many times in looking at what other streaming sites use. I'm not sure they pay in bitcoin however, wouldn't it be dangerous to accept paypal etc. being located in north america? Couldn't MPAA just contact them and ask for my payment info? I'm new to this kind of thing so I'm not sure how risky it is

I would but I made this account without really considering security. It isn't a very big one though, unlikely you would have heard about it

Don't know about Ad-center, but MGID is not obliged to share any information about there customers. No one can force them to reveal any corporate materials (which basically includes customers payment information) without legal background. So you can be safe regarding your cooperation with them. Refer to bitcoin as payment method... I contacted them with the same question last month. They didn't share much info, cuz the system hasn't been tested yet.
