scrapebox is not accurate for testing proxys
for testing proxys you need tools that allow a
custom proxy judge for good speeds on proxys.
scrapebox's proxy judge is built in and you cant
change it.
the guy is asking for an all round proxy tester not
an seo scrape / blast tool costing 57$
the only 2 proxy testers of much use are charon as he
said, its slow but accurate and allows custom proxy judges
then theres forum proxy leecher which again also alows
