Best way to mask device when creating high number of accounts in tg app?

I need to create a lot of accounts on Telegram, 100+ a day, and have them remain unbanned. I want to manually create them all on regular Android phones using a new sim card and rotate 4g proxy for each one. How can I absolutely conceal from the tg app that I am creating multiple accounts on one Android device? Is it possible to do this 100% reliably?

Using new SIM cards and rotating 4G proxies can help, but there's no guarantee. Also, it might be easier with an anti-detect browser as you can create different profiles and easily manage the whole process.
