Best way to make 'one-page' WP blog

    Whats the best and fastest way to make 'one-page' WP blog, something like a sales-page sorta thing. Thank you very much.

    Just create one page and no posts.

    I believe it is under setting- reading where you can set the home page to a particular page. Set it to the page you created.

    why use WP to do it instead of doing it in HTML?

    Find a one column theme. Create a page that you want to use under pages. Go to settings and make this page the static homepage. Disable all comments and and other info like this. It is really easy to do all of this if you use the thesis theme, but thesis does take a little time to fully understand.

    Thanks for the input guys.
    Well, i think the reason why I want to go with WP is because there are certain plugins and features that I like to have (and plugins obviously make the job very easy).

    I am thinking of making a privacy and contact us page in addition to my 'one-page' site as I hear some people say Google likes them and will help in terms of SEO?

    Well you need a privacy and contact page to meet adsense criteria if that is your goal. You can also use translation plugins etc which make it look like you have a lot more pages...
