Paid to tweet! That's great. I didn't know about that! I think I'm in too. Are those legit sites btw? Do they really pay?
Any Facebook equivalent too?

You can googling it again to see review from other user on internet. Both sites are legit, especially vladtv, it's some kind TMZ for hiphop RnB news site. I got paid monthly $100 from vladtv with 1 twitter account (40.000 real active followers).

If it's a niche account you can try getting in touch with websites in the same niche & offering to send them traffic. I've only signed up one person like this for cash, but have had quite a bit of success swapping the traffic for backlinks which I then sell.

You should Google some of the best strategies that you can perform. Having 270k+ followers on Twitter is impressive. And I must say, you can earn some serious amount of money if you offer paid retweeting services to online pages and businesses. However, it is better to offer it to the ones which have the same niche as yours.
