Best way to lock my content?

Hi, I'm just launching my new website about a specific game hacks/mods and stuff and
I would like to hear your opinions about how should I lock the link?

Zip/mail submits (0.40-1.00$) -More leads
Normal offers 5-20$ - Less leads, but how much money from that hmmm

I know this niche is kinda 10-22 year based and they are more likely to sumbit an e-mail or zip.
But what are your experiences? Advices, suggestions, is there any other option?

I think start with ZIP offers is good as in this niche people easily add those details and finish the offer so you can get more leads means more money.
