    Hello,

I want your opinion guys; what is the best way to link to spamy websites that Google hates?

Is no-follow just fine? Or should I link to a webpage on my website that does the redirection?

    Thanks

Well, nofollow supposedly means you aren't voting for it (in Google's eyes). If you do redirection, then it's best to have it in a "subfolder" (real or "virtual", e.g. mysite.com/links/01 might redirect to the spammy site and there's a deny for /links/ in robots.txt) that GoogleBot is blocked from by robots.txt. You could do a combination of nofollow and redirect.

I would just nofollow. Then again, I wouldn't purposefully link to a spammy website with a money site.
