I want to advertise non relevant products under certain keywords. I realize this will not last for a long time but i can always resubmit it. They will do a manual review when I create the ad but what is the trick to framing it so I can change out the actual content of the URL without them catching it.

Not worth it. I pulled this off back in 2005 for a couple of months and made a few pennies, but eventually lost over $3,000 that I had built up in my account. Now a days it won't last more than a couple of days. You won't ever see a check, so it really isn't worth the time or energy.

You need to check if a referer comes from google.com (this mean some one search your keywords on google and click your ad) you display an iframe instead of content. By doing this way, when someone go directly to your page they will see different content.

It's for my own product and merchant account so I'm not worried about getting paid. I've heard this works, if not what is the trick then ?

I think this method also need a fileter to redirect google robots to an iframe instead of content lending page to get higher scource.
