    Which one is the right one? Do i have to repeat my main keyword ( car ) everytime or only once?

    <meta name='keywords' content='car, new, used, blue' />

    <meta name='keywords' content='car, new car, used car, blue car' />

    ok heres the deal guys, if you are focusing on Google optimization then you can more or less leave out the Meta Keywords. Google has admitted that they have basically stopped using the Meta Keywords tag in their algo because of the over abuse of keyword stuffing in the past.
    Meta Description is very important because Google Bot will 99% of the time use that as your SERP snipit. If you dont have that then they choose part of the main content and you cant control that.
    Page Title is the most important element so be sure that your main keyword is listed in your page title, hopefully first, then mention it in your description and then you can be sure to use your main keywords other supporting keywords in the content of your page.

    IN my own experience keyword meta tag is useless if you are going to optimized in google alone but if you are going to optimize it to yahoo or msn keyword meta tags helps. So if you are using meta tags to be optimized in google use the description meta tag to control those texts in the SERPS.

    Keyword tag is not 100% useless, but in this case it is.

    i still believe that having your top 5-10 keywords in meta tags is not futile...

    as long as those are the keywords that have good density on that page..

    just my 2c..
