Best way to get US visitors no conversion necessary.?

I have read lots of posts on forums like this from there members about getting paid traffic to there web sites and nearly 100% say its crappy it doesn't convert, comes very slow, doesn't all come etc, well i have a different need i need US traffic that doesn't convert but also it must come in a steady flow each day that i can control how many hits. I need this to keep my black-hat conversions down so the CPAs don't get curious and i keep getting my $. I am aware there are some posts like this around but everyone seems to contradict everyone else i just need some good advice from someone who has had experience with this sort of thing

1) Must be real us hits, or look 100% real to the CPAs unique ips etc.

2) Must come in a steady controllable flow.

3) I am not to bothered about getting all the hits i pay for, you have to expect to get ripped off a bit in this game but would be nice to get all the hits i pay for :0)

How many are you looking for per day?

Not sure realy prob just send 100 on the 1st day my team start promoting the site but keep a eye on it, then just go off the day before and keep the CR below 10% how would you do this, is it just exit traffic from a site or something?

i too would be interested in something like this but i would need 5k hits a day or so

Hey guys, I wrote a tutorial for a script that can be used for this purpose.

I personally use findology for junk traffic and it works very well. You can stop and start the flow at anytime, and can add or subtract categories in order to get more traffic if needed.

They also have great customer service and most hits come through as clicks.
