I know a guy that owes me money and I noticed his domain for his business expired around the last week of Nov, 2011.

I REALLY wanna snag this and rub it in his face. What is the best way to get said domain assuming he keeps on forgetting to renew it?

I doubt it will get in a bidding war as its just a small business in a podunk town and has a shitty name.

Any tips? How long does this stuff you usually take to be back on the market?

So the guys owes you money.... and you are willing to spend more money....
just to get back at him....

I call that.... throwing good money after bad.

forget it... and just use the funds for a new project.

you want to fuk with his head....

sue him....its easy... its fast.... and that will get to him.

    but think...
if he has not renewed his domain... it might be the same reason he has not paid you.
Not everyone is making money nowadays.

I don't wanna spend MUCH money but I figure a nice site telling the truth about him using his own domain wouldn't be a bad idea.

I have learned when you sue someone in small claims court even if you win, you never see the money.

Just sue him. Getting what you deserve back is the best revenge.

the court is the best solution instead dropping comments about him. Sometimes bad comments can turn opposite way...

Add the domain to your pool.com, snapnames.com, namejet.com and godaddy.com backorder accounts.

YES all, to increase your chances of grabbing it when it drops.

If the name is difficult to brand and doesn't have much pr you should be able to pick it up on cheap.
