What are all the best black hat tricks to get an artist but bomb barded with followers
I don't think Black Hat methods would be the answer for getting new music noticed.
First of all, you need to make the best quality recordings you possibly can.
You need really good original material. Be creative and unique. Have a "style", a
"brand", an identity. Then make some kickass videos and release two or
three of your best ones on Youtube. Start a Facebook Fan Page. Get lots
of eyeballs to see and share your videos. Use as many Social Media sites
as you possibly can. Build a loyal, enthusiastic Fan Base . . . . Go get 'em!

Also have a look through his archives - specifically from the last few months. If by then you don't have a plan of action, not much can help you.
White Hat - Get a decent camera. Make some interesting music videos and upload to youtube. Build a following on facebook and twitter.
Black Hat - Get a decent camera. Film the artist punching Justin Bieber in the face. Make Bieber cry. Build a following on facebook and twitter.
Listing "all the best black hat tricks" for promoting a musician would take too long. Instead, I will give you one black hat method to promote a music artist. Ready?
Step 1: Create A SoundCloud Profile.
Step 2: Upload the music artist's music onto the SoundCloud channel.
Step 3: Promote the links to the music on other platforms and forums where musicians gather (For example, Bandmix).
Step 4: "Accidentally" upload a pornography audio clip that doesn't sound too professional (you can get high quality audio porn for blind people on SoundCloud).
Step 5: After about a month, "Accidentally" share the porn link in lieu of the music link on the forum, but still say it's a link to 'your' latest song.
Step 6: Apologise for uploading a "recording you made of you and your (fictitious) wife".
Step 7: Watch the traffic surge caused by lecherous musicians flooding your channel.
Despite my previous post where I gave the OP the black hat method he wanted, I actually wouldn't promote a music artist with black hat methods myself, either. The reason I wouldn't use black hat methods for promoting a music artist is because, in the case of spamming, I wouldn't want my client to be known as "that spammer". It's like how some affiliates spam "Louis Vuitton" products (and knock-offs) on my website and now I associate Louis Vuitton products with spam.
Make a video and make it viral.
I've seen alot of artists make it big, after having a huge youtube following. Figure out a way to make viral videos
The best way for quick discovery would be to make unique covers of popular songs.
Check the iTunes chart and just pick the one that fits the artist the best.
I groom new artists and still an artist myself but don't have much time doing all the hustle.
These are what i have learnt from my few years of hustling and bustling in the music industry.
1. You need a good music, good music promote itself.
2. Make videos, ensure they are of high quality and upload to musical video channels for playback.
You may want to follow up with them on email or phone to ensure they play it.
3. Upload the music to YouTube though the virality of the video is going to depend on the popularity of your band and good song.
Don't forget to use keyword research to find tags for your video.
You should seek videos that are doing well in your genre and use the name of the artists/songs.
4. I have always said there isn't a better place to get the word out about your music than facebook (social media) and it's all in your hands.
Load your account with $500 and promote your fan page.........
Add your twitter account to your facebook description where your followers can see it.
Engage with them often and make striking post.
If you have a single of video, post it on your fan page and promote it via the paid status and watch as it goes viral depending on your budget.
5. Attend some local shows in your area from time to time.
6. Let some magazine grant you interviews.
7. Explore internet radio and offline radio.
8. It's all about consistency, love the music and the fame will follow definitely accompanied with the doe.
Separate names with a comma.
