Best way to find websites hit by panda or penguin?

    What is the best way to find websites that were hit by panda or penguin

    already crawling the google webmasterbater forum and doing ppc, as well as freelance sites, any other options or tools out there without doing manual searches?

    thanks that is good, but I'm looking for a place where i can find lists of websites that were hit so i can contact the owners and offer them a solution.

    I'm not sure that a service like this exists, best solution I can give you is to search forums, such as the google webmaster forums (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters), for people with penguin related problems, usually they will list their website in the post. So you can get their contact information off of the site or whois of the domain and then pitch them.

    Type the name of the site on Google and if it doesn't appear there are chances that it might have suffered a penalty.

    If it's still indexed then it's a mild one usually an auto algo penalty.
