Best way to create accounts without getting verification notice?

Heya guys,

After creating a few gmails i am getting a verification proces which requires phone numbers to create them.
How do i create these gmails, then IG accounts without using phone numbers?
Is there another english mail provider which allows you to create unlimited mails on an ip to create accounts for other websites like ig, weebly etc?
Do you recommend getting those accounts phone verified?
Lastly, is there a way (preferably free) to mass create IG accounts (with proxies)?

Create 1 mail.com email, and from that email create 9 aliases. You can use the primary mail and the 9 aliases(emails) a total of 10 social media accounts.

 

Do you guys know any free website creators like weebly that dont require phone verification as well?

 

I bought a domain and set up my own mail server on postfix. Since then I create whatever number of aliases I want.
