Best way to collect emails from autoblogs?

I was gonna use the wordpress plugin maxblogpress-unblockable-popup on my autoblogs and I'm looking for the best way to collect an email list from this plugin to use for future mailings to gain more sales. What does everyone recommend that I could put right inside of the popup? Or do you recommend a different plugin all together?
