    Any suggestions or services would be awesome.
    Thanks in advance.

    If I have my own hosting and domain, how do I rewrite the url or set it up to point to owners site without the ?affil=username on the owners page

    I'm using PHP for it.

    The URL is /information/affilname/

    The PHP file reads the affilname out and knows with affiliate URL he must send the page to. The files stores the URL in $info.

    Than I use this line in the <head> of the PHP file:
    HTML:
    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2; URL=<?= $link?>">
    Then in the same file I set up a page in HTML that shows that the user is redirected and please wait a few seconds.

    you can use simple php redirect, just google it.
    Or you can use bit.ly or other url shortening service. However, I'd prefer php redirect as I have total control of the links

    I do double redirect like this to hide the affiliate link and the domain name too
    PHP:
     header("HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently");

    header("Location: affiliate link");
             exit;
             die(
    "Redirection");
