Ok I have this domain that I REALLY want to buy. This company has held it for 3 years and now its likely to expire (its going today). I want to buy this domain asap as soon as it expires. Can you guys recommend me some services that allow me to buy it for good price?

Just go to Name Jet or Snap Names and place a bid on it. Simple as that.

It is actually quite some time before you can actually pick up the domain. Do a search on Google and you will find articles explaining the whole process of a a domain having expired and when you can pick it up.

If the name is at all worth a damn, a backorder is very unlikely to get it for you. Best bets are to either contact the registrant directly and negotiate a purchase, or use a domain brokerage (or "domain buy") service to negotiate a purchase.

yeah...do you mean it expires today or drops today? The redemption period can often be a couple of months after expiry.

Where is the domain currently registered? Some of the registrars have exclusive places the domains go.

Try buying it directly from the owner.

I did that years ago and I the guy who owned it sold me the domain for only what he put into it. He clearly had no visions because I plan on doing something big with that domain.
