Best Way to Build a website with thousands of products ?

There is a niche I see has an opportunity for a "superstore", somewhere users can go to buy products relating to a particular category. What is the quickest/lowest cost way to build a website and have thousands of products displayed for purchase on this new website? I basically just want to find all the products, create a feed, sell them, and send the order to the manufacturer to fulfill.

You need some ecommerce store script like OsCommerce, Zencart

You can use wordpress and buy a clone theme, you can probably find clones of sites like overstock and amazon

Woocommerce is for tiny stores and rookies. Use something like Drupal Commerce.
