I don't know how to photoshop and not really great coding html at all, can barely code html as a matter of fact... However I know how to use WP.

Is hiring a designer the only solution?

I want to make site to collect leads but I want it to look semi-professional like this...

    http://www.instantdebtconsolidationloans.com/
    http://www.pfsdebtrelief.com/
    http://www.professionaldebtconsultants.com/

I basically need a site where I can write in text and put in the form hosted by the sponsor (Leadpoint)

Just grab a free Prem. theme for wordpress. And there are tons of free add-ons for WP.

If your serious about your IM and unable to design/chop your own sites, then yes, you will need to hire a designer to get this done adequately.

Don't just use a WP theme like the previous poster suggested, WP is a blogging platform and should be used as such.

I have seen many serious businesses use WP as a theme for their site. I just don't know if it's possible to integrate the leadpoint form into wordpress and if so how?

The leadpoint form is hosted on their site... It's just a form to collect info.

Yeah, don't listen to him about WP being strictly a blogging platform. I have built several WP sites for professionals that are actual sites and not just blogs.

Put simply, any form / code that you can put in a regular site can be added to Wordpress (self hosted), but unfortunately if you don't know how to code, it would be necessary to hire someone to do it.

Wordpress is a fantastic marketing platform. The beauty of wordpress is that most everything can be done with plugins. You really don't need to know Photoshop at all. You can get free art or purchase decent photos for $1.00 to $5.00. You don't need to know a lot of html but you'll need to know a little. You can get the minimal help you'll need with the html through forums like this one.
