As the title says, I'm looking for the best method / facebook app to auto update my fan page whenever my blog is updated.

I'm currently using Social RSS but it seems to be 'hanging' when you click an updated link.

    Any suggestions please?

I use networkedblogs app. It's cool, you can see thumbnails of your blog, integrated Twitter, Goups, and more

I set up WordTwit plugin in Wordpress, then in Facebook, set up application 'Smart Twitter for Pages'.

This then means that you post on Wordpress --> Tweets a link and post title on Twitter --> updates same on your Facebook Page.

    Works great!

Not sure TF posts to FB Fan Pages that you're Admin for though, only your Facebook profile page.

I'm currently using networkedblogs but not convinced it's working properly. It's supposed to check around every 10 hours and, well, it aint.

Will try Networked Blogs and see if that works. Post manually every time I update my blog is a pain.

TwitterFeed seems to be working better.

I too have to manually publish my blogs, as it's an auto blog and the feed I'm using always adds bit to the end I don't want in.

I *think* if you set TwitterFeed to check every 2 hours, but only process one of the updates each time, in theory you could add say 5 blog posts to your blog at the beginning of the day and TwitterFeed will update your Twitter every 2 hours.

I'm sure there's an even easier way, it's just Twitter Tools and WP > Twitter didn't seem to work correctly.

I have been using Twitterfeed for this exact function and have awesome results. It works great for both profiles and pages on Facebook. I highly recommend it.

+1 on twitterfeed, whenever wp upgrades it would take some time for the adjustment of their plugins
