well i want to know how to set it up on my wordpress

should i just upload all the videos to my host and then play then via flash player?

    or

host somewhere and then embed? i just dont want other people to find my videos when they are not in the membership and so ipage doesnt shutdown my site for CGI overload

You can get good quality on Youtube :) I don't know if you can set the embedded video to use high quality as default though... It's worth checking out - hosting your videos on Youtube or other video sharing sites will safe you a lot of bandwidth.

With that said - hosting them yourself gives you complete control of your content, and you don't risk Youtube suddenly removing your videos. By using a more-or-less safe video player plugin with your self-hosted videos, you may also be able to protect them from being downloaded and possibly shared by your members.
