+1 for this , you have only 2 options stated above , while to withdraw , Plimus pays monthly and 2CO weekly . Also Plimus has low Commisions .

Before PP, I was accepting payment via SWIFT transfer. But that required the client to go to their bank to make the payment. And I think there was a flat 25 USD fees for both parties: me and the client. I never understood how that system worked, until I found out about PP and finally ditched it in favor of PP.

PP takes around 4% and I think is the lowest fees while also being reliable. Their currency exchange rates are the worst though!

I've also received payment via the good ole cashier's cheque (I think it's called a demand draft in South Asia). There was no charge to my client, but I had to pay a flat processing fee of 10 USD, regardless of the amount of the cheque.

It takes 10 days for the cheque to reach you. Then another 21 days for the money to be transferred to your account by the bank. So there's a 30 day delay in payment. But the Dollar to Rupees exchange rates you get are the best.

So a cheque or SWIFT are the best if you are accepting a big amount from your client, while PP is good for smaller amounts.

If 2CO is allowed in Pakistan, then go for it. They charge 6% processing fees, but it's not as bad when you consider the other options available to you.

i'd say plimus. there are also so many paypal exchangers who would accept payments on your behalf and transfer it to you by wire once or twice a month. i know this cos i have a friend using this service to send and receive money. you need to be careful on whom you choose as your exchanger though.
