Best Way of Monetizing Email List

Hi everyone I have a email list of around 80k active users. These are not opt-ins and I don't know their behaviours, but I do know that these are all active email users and their geographies, and the list is ever growing. I want help from my seniors to guide me which is the best way to monetize this email list if any. I'd be very appreciative and post my results right here in this thread.

try to send them to a squeeze page and give them a valuable money making ebook ... then u will get a new email list with targetted people who are interested in money making ...
try other general niches like health, .... hope u get the idea

How can the list still grow but you don't know anything about their behaviour?
You have absolutely zero information about their interests?
Tell us where they are from at least

Yep it is what it is . I don't know of their interests. Most of them are from USA, UK and India. If you can help I'll be thankful
