Best way for people from censorship sites to signup for an adult site?

What I'm asking is this?

I'm doin some adult stuff amd I'd like to allow people from countries with censorship to sign for my offers. Whats the best way to allow that?

I've done a little search and found some utilities like ultrasurf, using proxies (fast ones..)...

anyone has any experience with this

In the title, I mean censorship COUNTRIES...sorry
