best voice broadcast system out there

I'd like to find the most cost effective service out there. Specifically, I currently use callfire, which is like 3.9 cents a minute, but they charge in 60 second increments.

I'd like to find a similar service, that charges in 6 second increments. It should be 3.9 cents/minute or less

Is no one out there using voice broadcasting???

I've been playing around with CallFire but it's been a bit tempermental for me. I just sold a client on 10,000 outbound calls for $1000 and he is in love with me for it.

I looked into iBuzzPro, and after the initial investment it becomes just 1.5c per "connect". You do not pay if it doesnt connect which is great. It seems other people like it too but that $500+ out pof pocket up front doesn't float my boat. Then again, if the client is paying me $1000, it's paid for itself and has money left over. Future campaigns would be without the software fee.

I'm still torn however and am going to put a little money into Callfire to test it out before I determine it's too buggy.
