For those who are experienced with amazon review sites, what types of on-page links result in the highest click rates?

Is it the product banner links that amazon creates and you just put the html code on your site?

Or is it to link an image of the product?

Or is it just best to do a contextual link within the review?

Is it best to use all 3 types of links on each page or does that result in to many outgoing links? Is there a problem with to many outgoing links to amazon?

I would say text links within the review work best. Also I just created my own banner on the side that says Amazon (your products) 50% Off, then link it to the deal of the day section. That seems to work 2nd best. Ya I think too many outgoing links does hurt your rankings but that's just my feeling about it.

I only use contextual links and image links.
