    Hi,
I want to learn SEO (white hat). What video course do you guys recommend?

I already own Lynda's (2006) SEO video course but I personally think that things have changed since 2006, no?

As I teach my university students - the best course is the one you teach yourself. Basically, research some keywords, build a site and try to rank it. Figure out what you did right and wrong and improve for the next time.

I'll be redoing my SEO videos for my course in the Fall. Might make them available here (very basic stuff, but might be of value to somebody just starting out).

I think that SEO all-in-one for dummies is a great starting point that explains a lot of things. it's not designed to help you get rank 1 for any keyword in 30 days or whatever, but you'll learn what matters, what doesn't, how to set up your website and how to avoid screwing lots of things up. the rest you can kind of go for on your own or pick up some things from bhw.

I remember watching market samurai videos when I was starting out. The basics are the same now (backlinks+content). There is a lot of money in this, just don't lose your motivation.

...without doubt. It's free and if you follow it properly you'll have a basic framework to learn from. Then it's testing and experience!

You could also check one of my latest shares, it's a great video course to start with SEO as it covers all the basics!

I've done keyword research myself for all my sites. I've few websites now but I don't know where to start (doing SEO). I usually do SEO JV's and lost a good % of share because I don't know SEO.
Some of my keywords are continuously dancing in Google because no proper SEO is done on my sites.

    Sent you a PM.

He shared basic SEO stuff too?

Any link to download that guide?

Thank you! I'll look into those videos but I am more interested in a proper video course/tut.

Thank you! I'll visit that website.

    Downloading right now.

    EDITED:
Thanks & rep given to all those users who helped me (this is the least I can do) :)
