Yes, I started running Bing. Didn't try FB ads as of yet. I don't know if the conversion rate will be as high as Google ads.

No, haven't tried them for any CPA offer yet. However, doing it for the page I shared with you. Got a few sales. The number of clicks and impressions are low. As of yet, 50% conversion rate. But total sales very, very low.
