Best tools to spy on competitor ads?

Can someone please recommend some tools (preferably free) for spying on the ads used by a particular website?

I am trying to figure out what my competitor is doing. Semrush does give me an idea of the ads that are used, but I need to pay to unlock alot of features. Also, I can't easily see which ads appears on which website.

Do I get to use their advertising analysis tool as a free user? It's not clear from their pricing page. Thanks.

I use SEMRush to see all their Ads, not sure if there are much better alternatives
