I use scrape box index checker but it seems like it's inaccurate, unless I'm doing it wrong. It shows many links that aren't indexed but when I check manually in Google by typing site:URL they show up. Anyone else getting this problem? Have any good free websites / programs?

    Mqs1000,

You aren't doing anything wrong. Even Google claims to not show all links that are leading to a website. Unless there is something I am not aware of, the best thing you can do is get a pretty good estimate of all the links that are out there. Naturally you should keep track of any links you build manually and then add that to ones that happen naturally to try and get a good estimate.

    Best,

    Shawn
