Best tool for hashtag research?

Hey guys, what is the best tool for hash tag research for instagram?
I mean, tool which has some nice features like showing number of posts/accounts posting each hashtag (popularity); similar hashtags etc. etc.?

Also, another question - is there a way to scrape every profiles URL's that used specific hashtag?
